Our Social Media Process

We work with clients who are eager to commit 6 months to a social media marketing campaign. 

We offer social media services for all major social media platforms – and we’re happy to dive into new platforms, as well. We develop a strategy that best fits your business needs. We offer everything from social media strategy creation that you implement yourself, to regular social media management, to branding ads campaigns, to uber-focused sales driven ads campaigns.

Initial deposit includes on-boarding, industry research, competition research, project research, tracking and reporting integration and setup, strategy creation, and creation of “evergreen” social media posts to use throughout the year. Each social media strategy is designed individually for each of our clients. $1500 for the first social media platform. $250 – $750 for each additional social media platform, depending on services. Depending upon the social media services provided, monthly fees can vary greatly. Our monthly minimum for social media management services is $350 and goes up from there, depending upon depth of services, number of platforms used and advertising. $1000 is the monthly minimum for clients with social media advertising services (or 20% of ad spend, whichever is higher).

Within 3 business days after receiving the deposit, we create an in-depth questionnaire for you to complete about your business, business and marketing objectives, goals, and expectations, your target audience(s), competitors, future plans for your business, website, project, and more

Within 5 days of receiving your completed questionnaire, we do in-depth research and analysis on your business’s online presence, your industry, your competition’s online presence and marketing efforts. With this research – combined with your SEO plan – we develop an overall social media stragegy with options for your project. These options take into considerations such as: your budget, your industry, your staff who will be working on the project. This is a deliverable that provides an initial plan for the SEO strategies and tactics to be implemented over the next 3-6 months, including posts relating to your SEO plan and on-site content topics, important dates in your industry, key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, and more. 

After we determine the best strategy to start with and we’ve set your monthly budget, your first monthly payment is due and on-going social media services begin.

Once the initial strategy has been completed, you will have a list of tasks that will need completed, content that needs to be written, and photographs that may need to be taken. The amount of assets required is all dependant upon the individualized SEO plan created for your business.

We will schedule a standing meeting each month to discuss your project, tasks completed, and reporting on the project’s KPIs. At this time we also discuss new and one-off social media strategies for the upcoming month.

We create individualized social media plans because they are best-fit for each individual business and so that we may be agile and can easily adapt our strategy if one aspect needs to be improved. We always try to keep the social media plan future-facing.

After 6 months, your social media plan will automatically renew and charged month-to-month until explicitly cancelled. No refunds will be given for services pre-paid.
