SEO is a long-term digital marketing strategy. We work with clients who are comfortable spending $1000 – $5000/month for ongoing SEO services, with a minimum 6 month commitment. 

Initial deposit includes on-boarding, industry research, competition research, project research, tracking and reporting integration and setup, business citations management, and overall SEO strategy creation. Each SEO strategy is designed individually for each of our clients.

Within 5 business days after receiving the deposit, we create an in-depth questionnaire customized to your business, industry, and business location for you to complete about your business. This includes: business and marketing – objectives, goals, expectations,  target audience(s), competitors, current marketing efforts, future plans, and more

Within 5 days of receiving your completed questionnaire, we do in-depth research and analysis on your business’s online presence, your industry, your competition’s online presence and marketing efforts, keywords and phrases used to find businesses in your industry.

With this research, we develop an overall SEO strategy with options for your project. These options take into considerations such as: your budget, your industry, your competition, beginning state of website and business’s online presence, key performance indicators (KPIs), your staff who will be working on the project. This is a deliverable item that provides an initial plan for the SEO strategies and tactics to be implemented over the next 3-6 months, including on-site content topics, off-site SEO tactics, key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, and more.

We understand that business owners expect more than simply getting people to their website from search engines – we create all of our SEO strategies with the explicit purpose of getting potential customers to your website, getting website visitors into your sales funnel via calls-to-action (CTAs) and lead magnets, and converting website visitors into customers. This is more than SEO, but increasing sales is the goal of every marketing project and we develop all SEO strategies with conversion of website visitors into customers as the primary focus.

NOTE – Many times the 1st month of service will be front-loaded with 2-3 months of work completed in the 1st month. In these cases, a lower percentage is completed in following months.

After we determine the best strategy to start with and you’ve set your monthly budget, your first monthly payment is due and on-going SEO services begin. 

Once the initial strategy has been completed, you will have a list of tasks that will need completed, content that needs to be written, and photographs that may need to be taken. The amount of assets required is all dependent upon the individualized SEO plan created for your business.

We will schedule a standing meeting each month to discuss your project, tasks completed, and reporting on the project’s KPIs.

We create individualized SEO plans because they are best-fit for each individual business and so that we may be agile and can easily adapt our strategy if one aspect needs to be improved. We always try to keep the SEO plan future-facing – always with a list of topics to be covered and tasks to be completed.

After 6 months, your SEO plan will automatically renew and charged month-to-month until explicitly cancelled. No refunds will be given for services pre-paid.
